What is included with the lifetime free updates? (denoted with * above)
Our version management and licensing system is based on release branches, so if you purchase today you will be in the 1.4 branch, even though the actual version may be 1.4.3 revision 500. As long as the version branch begins with 1.4, you will have continued access in your account area to new features, checkout plugins, patches, bug fixes, etc., for the product and any module(s) you have purchased a license for. So if we release a version titled 1.4.5 and make subsequent revisions to that version, you will have access to those updates. When we come out with a new release branch, such as 1.5 or 2.0, we will provide you with a competitive upgrade path so you can stay up to date with the latest features offered.
Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new purchases, and what about refunds?
We offer a free downloadable trial that can be installed on your webserver.. and urge you to take advantage of the trial to be sure our product is right for you. After you purchase, refunds can be issued up to 30 days from your purchase only in the event that the application does not work as per our documentation and Agileco is given a good faith effort to resolve the problem.
How do I get my software after I purchase, will you mail it to me or do I download?
Almost immediately after you purchase you will be granted access to the software and license if you pay via PayPal. If you use our credit card or e-check payment options, we will activate your download within 24 hours or less .Payment buy certified funds or wire transfer also ensures a speedy issue of the software and license.
Are there any recurring fees after I purchase?
Unless we set you up on a special support or training contract, there are no recurring fees of any type, as you own your license. In the event that you do opt for one of our support contracts, you can cancel it at any time.
Can I add modules at any time?
Yes - and it is very easy. New modules purchased from Agileco can be downloaded and installed into your existing installation very quickly.

Currently we support all major credit cards, PayPal.com, company checks, certified checks, bank wires, and online bank drafts (e-checks).
